Nepal’s COVID-19 death toll reaches 1,954 with six new fatalities

KATHMANDU: As many as six COVID-19 patients succumbed to the pandemic in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the new deaths have taken the country’s death toll from the coronavirus to 1,954 as of Saturday afternoon.

Likewise, the country recorded a total of 240 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 2,67,056 in the country as of Saturday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that now the country has 4,058 reported active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 477 infected people got recovery from the virus infection. So far, 2,61,044 people recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.
