America’s COVID-19 cases cross 24 million



WASHINGTON: The number of COVID-19 cases has reached 24,079,105 in the United States of America after 224,756 new cases were reported in the country.

Currently, 9,457,007 are undergoing treatment at various hospitals and isolation wards across the country while 14,220,584 have recovered from the pandemic.

Similarly, the death toll linked with the coronavirus has reached 401,514 with 3,460 new deaths so far in the country, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometer.

Broke out in Wuhan City of China in December 2019, the coronavirus has killed 2,016,242 and infected 94,257,919 globally until the filing of this news.
