KATHMANDU: Chairman of Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Upendra Yadav has called a meeting of the party’s executive committee on Wednesday.

According to JSP sources, Chairman Yadav has written  a letter, on Tuesday, to the executive committee members and asked them to attend it as the meeting has to make some important decisions.

“As important decisions have to be taken on the current political situation, all executive committee members are notified to attend the meeting on Wednesday,” Yadav wrote in the letter.

Yadav’s side is dissatisfied with the Election Commission’s decision on the party’s dispute. The meeting will discuss whether to go to the Election Commission again for the party’s official status or to file a case at the apex court.
