3 Nepali movies to vie at NIFF



KATHMANDU: As many as three Nepali movies are set to compete in the 4th Nepal International Film Festival (NIFF), according to the organizers.

The festival that supports all kinds of films to compete for different awards will kick off on May 6 in Kathmandu.

The Nepali movies entering the competition are ‘Lato Koshero’, ‘Sarita 11 years’ and ‘Ama Khando’.

Only 63 movies from 31 countries are selected for participation in NIFF, which received applications for 450 movies from 52 countries. With the Nepali movies, NIFF will feature a total of 66 movies this year.

The lineup lists diverse, fresh and exemplary films that provide an artistic cinematic experience for the audience. .

NIFF is an annual film event that began since 2018.
