Home Minister Thapa involved in Nirmala Panta’s case, alleges Sangraula



KATHMANDU: Litterateur and civil society leader Khagendra Sangraula has alleged that Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa has been involved in the Nirmala Panta’s rape and murder case.

Sangraula has claimed that Prime Minister KP Oli has been blackmailing Minister Thapa after finding his involvement in the case.

“Due to the Home Minister Thapa’s involvement in the rape and murder of Nirmala Pant, he is helpless before the Prime Minister,” Sangruala’s social media post reads,” PM Oli, obsessed for power, has been blackmailing Thapa citing his involvement.”

Sangraula has claimed that more things will be unfolded over the course of time.

Nirmala had been murdered in Bhimdatta Municipality of Kanchanpur district on July 26, 2018.

The police have failed to reach at the real culprit behind the crime till date.
