Sanima Life Insurance Limited distributes IPO



KATHMANDU:  The initial public offering (IPO) of Sanima Life Insurance Limited has been distributed at Sanima Life’s Office at Durbar Marg on Saturday morning

According to the company’s Sales Manager Prabhu Capital, Sanima Life’s IPO has been allocated to 540,000 people at the rate of 10 lots each.

The applicant of the shares can view their IPO results from sales manager Prabhu Capital’s website and MyShare account. The results can also be viewed from Sanima Life’s website and CDS & Clearing’s website created to view the IPO results.

Out of the 6 million shares issued, 5 percent were issued to the collective investment fund and 5 percent to the employees; the remaining 5.4 million shares were issued to the public.

In the IPO, 2,419,127 general investors had applied for 36,943,440 shares worth Rs 3.69 billion. The company’s IPO has been over-subscribed by 6.84 times.

Of those who applied, about 2 million are left empty-handed, the sales manager, Prabhu Capital Limited informed on Saturday.
