KATHMANDU: Hamro Doctor Online is to provide free Covid-19 counseling for the service-seekers from coming Wednesday through its ‘Hamro Doctor’ mobile App.
Earlier, the service-seekers were paying fees to get counseling from the doctors through the mobile App. The free service is going to be launched in view of providing relief to the service-seekers during a health crisis like this.
CEO of the Apps Uddavraj Bhetuwal shared that App is available in Google and Apple store. The users have to click the Counselling section and get the counseling.
Once the service-seekers avail the service, they can follow up, send the report and be under the observation of the doctors.
Likewise, the Hamro Doctor has launched a hotline for people not having internet access. The users can dial at 9802315226, 9802315227, and 9802315228.
CEO Bhetuwal said that the service-seekers can call those numbers and get counseling from the doctors. The App was first launched in 2016 to provide healthcare services through online.
