RJM to pull out of UML-led govt in Gandaki Pradesh



KATHMANDU:  Rastriya Janamorcha (RJM) has decided to pull out of the provincial government of Gandaki Pradesh.

RJM said it would lend support to the no confidence motion to be filed by the opposition parties against the government.

Unveiling the decision, party’s chairman Chitra Bahadur KC made it clear that the party would withdraw the support to the government.

“Gandaki Pradesh is working in favor of the Oli-led government. The support to the Gandaki Pradesh means to bolster the regressive move taken by Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli. Hence, we will vote the no confidence motion to be filed against Chief Minister of the Province,” reads the statement.

RJM’s support is indispensable for retaining the government led by ruling CPN-UML.
