PM expresses discontent for not tabling MCC in parliament

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has expressed discontent over not tabling the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) in the federal parliament.

“An agreement had been reached during the coalition government of Nepali Congress and CPN (Maoist Center). We have tabled the MCC proposal in the parliament. But it has not been tabled in the parliament so far,” said Prime Minister Oli.

Oli claimed that no one has the constitutional right to halt the proposal tabled by the government, said Oli.
