NC leader Shekhar Koirala makes his panel public (with list)



KATHMANDU: The voting is taking place in the 14th General Convention to elect a new leadership of the Nepali Congress today.

Five leaders of the Nepali Congress – Sher Bahadur Deuba and Bimalendra Nidhi (establishment side) and Shekhar Koirala and Prakash Man Singh (non-establishment) – are contesting the election for the new leadership with their respective panels.

Similarly, Kalyan Gurung (non-establishment) is also in the fray for the presidential race. However, the major battle is likely between Deuba and Koirala panels.

With the NC set to go for polls, both the groups have made their panels public.
