Unified Socialist Chair Nepal urges journos close to party to maintain good character

KATHMANDU: Chairman of the CPN-Unified Socialist and former Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal has asked journalists close to the party to maintain good character, manner and behavior.

Addressing the national gathering of the Samajbadi Press Organization in Kathmandu Saturday, Chairman Nepal warned journalists close to the party against alcohol consumption. “I don’t want journalists close to us to frequent five star hotels for the sake of having drinks and ruining their character and reputation. It will not bode well with me if I find out such activities,” said Nepal.

Stating that consuming alcohol was bad, he hoped that the media persons would not develop such bad habits.
