HoR meeting taking place today

Various ordinances to be tabled



KATHMANDU: A meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) is taking place in the federal parliament building in New Baneshwor today.

To be held at 1 pm, Finance Minister Janardan Sharma is scheduled to present a proposal of Appropriation Ordinance, 2078 BS in the meeting, said Dr Bharat Raj Gautam, informed the general secretary of the Federal Parliament.

According to Gautam, Finance Minister Sharma will also table Fiscal Ordinance, 2078 BS and National Debt Raising Ordinance, 2078 BS in the meeting today.

Similarly, Minister for Law, Justice and Federal Affairs Gyanendra Bahadur Karki will table a proposal on the Commission for Investigation of Enforced Disappeared Persons and Truth and Reconciliation Commission (Third Amendment), Ordinance, 2077 BS.

Similarly, lawmaker Prem Suwal will submit a proposal to reject the Commission for Investigation of Enforced Disappeared Persons and Truth and Reconciliation Commission (third amendment), Ordinance, 2077 BS.
