KATHMANDU: Rain is occurring in some places of Bagmati and Gandaki Pradesh due to watery vapor blowing from the Bay of Bengal, said the Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD).
The weather will be generally cloudy throughout the country today with chances of rain amidst thunderstorms in some places of the country today.
Light rain with thunderstorms is expected in some places of the country towards the afternoon.
Similarly, heavy rains are likely in one or two places in Sudurpashchim and Lumbini Pradesh according to the weather bulletin issued by the MFD on Wednesday morning.
Likewise, the weather will remain generally cloudy in hilly areas of the country including Pradesh 1 with chances of rain compounded with thunderstorms tonight.
