IPL 2021: Kolkata Night Riders vs Mumbai Indians today



KATHMANDU: Kolkata Night Riders is taking on Mumbai Indians in a cricket match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 on Tuesday.

The two teams will lock horns at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai of the Indian State of Tamil Nadu at 7:45 pm (according to Nepali time).

Kolkata is aiming to clinch the second victory. It had defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad by 10 runs in the first match. Captained by Eoin Morgan, Kolkata is in the second position with two points from one win while Mumbai will be seeking the first victory.

Mumbai, which is captained by Rohit Sharma, had lost to Royal Challengers Bangalore by two wickets in the first match.

In the last five matches held between the two teams earlier, Mumbai had had won four matches and Kolkata had won one.  Mumbai had defeated Kolkata twice in the previous edition of the IPL.
