Political parties failed to meet the people’s expectation: Narayan Man Bijukchhe

KATHMANDU: Chairman of Nepal Workers and Peasants Party (NWPP) Narayan Man Bijukchhe said that due to the lack of ethics and morality in the politicians, the political parties are also losing people’s trust.

Speaking at a program organized by Bhaktapur Municipality on the occasion of Martyrs Day on Saturday, Chairman Bijukchhe complained that the politicians are not guided by ethics, and they have no sense of accountability towards the people.

“There is the decline of civic sense and morality in the politicians, their words and deeds do not match with each other,” senior leftist leader Bijukchhe said in the program, “Selfish politicians have made the politics a dirty game.”

He added that the incumbent tussle for power will lead the country nowhere.
