America’s COVID-19 cases cross 29.9 mln

WASHINGTON: The number of COVID-19 cases has reached 29,990,539 in the United States of America after 63,901 new cases were reported in the country.

Currently, 7,415,385 are undergoing treatment at various hospitals and isolation wards across the country while 22,029,776 have recovered from the pandemic.

Similarly, the death toll linked with the coronavirus has reached 545,378 with 1,335 new deaths so far in the country, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometer.

Broke out in Wuhan City of China in December 2019, the coronavirus has killed 2,650,726 and infected 119,593,782 globally until the filing of this news.
