KATHMANDU: Chairman of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Prachanda-Nepal faction Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has remarked that former Prime Minister and then Maoist leader Dr. Baburam Bhattarai and he are on the same front in terms of issues and their past deeds.
Speaking at the book-launching program of Dr. Bhattarai’s ‘Gumnam Amaharuko Katha’, NCP Chairman Prachanda mentioned that although Dr. Bhattarai and he are in different parties they are in the same place in terms of issues and the deeds of history.
“Baburamji and I are not in the same party, but we are on the same front because of the issues.” Prachanda remarked in the program, “Like a magnet pulling the pieces trying to go away our deeds are keeping us together.”
He said that thousands of martyrs, wounded, and missing warriors of the ‘people’s war’ would not allow themselves to be separated.
