I dissolved House using my prerogative: PM Oli



BUTWAL: Prime Minister KP Oli has said that the country will move towards instability if the Parliament is restored.

Speaking at a mass assembly organized in Butwal on Saturday, the Prime Minister expressed his confidence that the Supreme Court will uphold his decision to dissolve the House of Representatives (HoR).

PM Oli said he dissolved the House using his prerogative.

He claimed that the Prime Minister formed as per Article 76 (1) of the Constitution dissolved the Parliament under Article 76 (7) and that it was constitutional.
