Companies, including NIBL issuing IPOs



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIBL) is issuing an IPO for 8,00,00,000 unit shares worth Rs 8 Arba to the general public from January 15.

Among the 8,00,00,000 units, some 1,60,000 units have been set aside for the employees of the company.

Likewise, as many as 40,00,000 units have been set aside for mutual funds while remaining 7,58,40,000 units are for the general public.

Similarly, the Sanima General Insurance Limited also issued IPO.

Among the offered 30,00,000 units, as many as 1,20,000 units have been for the employees of the company. Likewise, 1,50,000 units have been set aside for mutual funds.

The remaining 27,30,000 units are for the general public.
