One killed in Morang motorcycle-tractor collision



BIRATNAGAR:  A person has died in a motorcycle-tractor collision at Kanepokhari rural municipality-7 in Morang district.

According to District Police Office, Morang, a 33-year-old Roshan Gurung died in the accident that occurred on Tuesday night.

The accident took place at Jahada intersection when a motorcycle, Ko 17 Pa 4845 Gurung was riding collided with a tractor.

Critically injured Gurung died in the course of treatment at Pathari Hospital, said police. A 37-year-old Raj Tamang, who was riding pillion, sustained injuries.

Police said they are investigating the case after taking the tractor and its driver into custody.
