CPN-UML holding central committee meeting in Bhaktapur



KATHMANDU: The CPN-UML is holding a central committee meeting today as well.

The party earlier on Saturday decided to conduct the district conventions in all districts at once on 7 January 2022 and province conventions in all provinces on 22 January.

The meeting to be in Bhaktapur will continue to discuss the issues concerning the party’s general conventions and national assembly of all the party’s people’s organizations.

It should be noted that the meeting had on Saturday directed to conduct general conventions of its all people-s organizations within 14 March 2022.

At the onset of the meeting, party chairperson KP Oli called upon all party members to mobilize the entire party for the progressive transformation of society taking enthusiasm of its 10th National Congress.

The meeting also formed a central advisory council under the leadership of Amrit Kumar Bohara.

Bohara took the oath of office on Saturday.
