According to the schedule, the village/municipal ward convention was scheduled for July 27, the rural municipality/municipality convention for July 31, and the provincial assembly regional convention for August 4.

Similarly, the regional convention of the House of Representatives was scheduled to be held on August 7, the district convention with only one constituency on August 10, the district convention with more than one constituency and the provincial convention on August 17 and 18.
