Leader of the faction Yuba Raj Gyawali said that he has no idea about the meeting held on Friday.

“Was there a meeting? We were not informed,” Gyawali said, adding, “I also heard about the changes from the media. We will come up with our position after consultation with the friends.”

Earlier, PM Oli, also the chairperson of the party, had fixed the date of the party’s general convention after holding discussions with party leaders at his official residence in Baluwatar Friday.

According to a Baluwatar source, the party has decided to hold the general convention in the third week of November.
