KATHMANDU: Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal alias Prachanda has said Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is no longer a ‘comrade’.

Speaking at a program organized on the occasion of NCP Solukhumbu district orientation program in Chahabil, Prachanda stated the illusion spread by Oli will soon fade away.

“We should no longer be confused and misled by the current imbroglio. This is a continuous process for the party unity and consolidation. An anti-party unity element has split from the party’s main stream,” said Prachanda.

Referring to Oli faction, Prachanda vehemently stated that Oli who does not abide by the democratic norms and values within the party will not abide by the democratic political system of the country.

He went on to say that Oli often abstained from party meetings and undermined the decision taken by the majority in the party.
