KATHMANDU: Flights from Tribhuvan International Airport to the various districts in Tarai and remote areas have been affected due to thick fog.

The flights towards Biratnagar, Bhadrapur, Janakpur, Simara, Bhairahawa, and Nepalgunj, among others, have been affected for the past two days.

Though domestic flights have been affected due to thick fog, international flights are operating as usual, according to the Airport office.
