NEPSE up by 28.31 points, reaches an all-time high

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index increased by 28.31 points on Tuesday and reached an all-time high of 2267.73 points.

The Sensitive Index also increased by 3.89 points to 433.28 points.

Shares of 202 companies were traded today at a total transaction of Rs 4.98 billion.

All sub-indices except Trading increased today. The trading sub-index registered a decline by 15 points.

Banking sub-index increased by 14 points, hotels by nine, development bank 19, hydropower 60, finance 23, non-life insurance 273, manufacturing six, others six, microfinance 53 and life insurance increased by 376 points.

Likewise, manufacturing and production increased by six points and mutual funds by 0.1 points.
