Five political parties call for managing vaccines immediately



POKHARA: Five political parties active in Kaski have demanded with the province and the federal governments for managing vaccines against coronavirus infection for the people.

The Nepali Congress, the CPN (Maoist Centre), the CPN(UML), Janata Samajwadi Party Nepal (JSPN) and Rastriya Jana Morcha (RJM), through a joint press statement, called for managing adequate doses of vaccines for all the people, saying the vaccines brought to Kaski were far less than the required quantity and the people were dejected with this.

NC Kaski president Krishna KC, CPN (Maoist Centre) Kaski secretary Bakhan Singh Gurung, CPN (UML) Kaski president Dhanaraj Acharya, JSPN Kaski president Giri Prasad Gurung and RJM Kaski president Rabi Mohan Dhakal issued the joint statement in this connection.

The joint statement stressed that vaccine against COVID-19 is the primary need for the general public in the present situation and called on the Gandaki Province government and the federal government to immediately manage the vaccines for all the people.
