NEPSE increases by 27.47 points

KATHMANDU: Nepal Stock Exchange Ltd (NEPSE) has increased by 27.47 points on Tuesday.

With today’s increment, the index has reached 2673.31 points.

A total of 1,819,535 shares of 220 companies have been traded 62,659 times resulting a turnover of 5.81 billion.
All group indices traded on Tuesday increased.

The business group index increased the most at 5.79 percent on the day. Similarly, the indicators of banking increased by 0.19 percent, hotels and tourism by 0.72 percent, development banks by 0.54 percent, hydropower by 0.81 percent, finance by 1.39 percent, and non-life insurance by 1.31 percent.

Similarly, the indices of production and processing increased by 2.42 percent, others by 2.53 percent, microfinance by 1.2 percent, life insurance by 1.56 percent, mutual funds by 0.18 percent, and investment group by 1.51 percent. Share prices of five companies, including Bottlers Nepal Terai, increased sharply on Tuesday.
