Kathmandu Valley registers 314 fresh COVID-19 cases



KATHMANDU: As many as 314 persons have been infected with COVID-19 in the Kathmandu Valley in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population,  230 cases have been confirmed in Kathmandu, 15 in Bhaktapur, and 69 in Lalitpur.

Meanwhile, the country recorded a total of 488 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 2,65,268 in the country as of Monday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that now the country has 4,373 reported active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 527 infected people got recovery from the virus infection. So far, 2,58,968 people recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.

Similarly, 10 persons succumbed to the virus across the country in the past 24 hours, hitting the total COVID-19 related deaths to 1927.
