Two including ward chair held with arms



KATHMANDU:  Police have arrested two people including a ward chairman of Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolis-2 with pistols.

The arrested are Khem Raj Chaudhari, the ward chairman of Kailali rural municipality-2, and Mohit Kumar Sah, 46 of Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolis-2.

According to District Police Office, Kailali, they were arrested with the pistols along with 10 rounds of their bullets during a security check.

The arms and ammunitions were found hidden inside the jeep they were traveling by, said police.
