COVID-19: India records new 366,499 infections, 3,748 deaths



NEW DELHI: India recorded 366,499 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the caseload to 22,662,410.

Currently, 3,750,998 are undergoing treatment at various isolation centers and hospitals. Meanwhile, 18,665,266 have returned home after treatment.

Similarly, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in India has crossed the 246,100-mark.

With 3,748 deaths in a single day, the number of deaths from the virus has reached 246,146, according to the latest figures collated by the Worldometers.

Broken out in Wuhan City of China in December 2019, the coronavirus has killed 3,306,140 and infected 158,950,728 globally until the filing of this news.
