Nepal’s COVID-19 death toll reaches 3,039 with one more death in past 24 hrs



KATHMANDU: One more COVID-19 patient has succumbed to the pandemic in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the country witnessed one more COVID-19 related death on Saturday taking the country’s death toll from the coronavirus to 3,039 as of Saturday afternoon.

Meanwhile, Nepal recorded a total of 337 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 2,79,725 in the country as of Saturday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that the country has currently 2,800 active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 151 have recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.

So far, 2,73,886 people have recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.
