COVID-19: US reports 896 fresh deaths, 82,634 infections



WASHINGTON: The number of COVID-19 cases has reached 31,800,038 in the United States of America after 82,634 new cases were reported in the country.

Currently, 6,880,925 are undergoing treatment at various hospitals and isolation wards across the country while 24,344,306 have recovered from the pandemic.

Similarly, the death toll linked with the coronavirus has reached 574,807 with 896 new deaths so far in the country, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometer.

Broke out in Wuhan City of China in December 2019, the coronavirus has killed 2,927,440 and infected 135,274,363 globally until the filing of this news.
