Parliament could see a new political game: UML Senior leader Khanal

KATHMANDU: Senior leader of CPN-UML Jhalanath Khanal has said that a new game plan would unfold in the Parliament soon.

He said this while speaking to reporters on the premises of the Parliament, where a session was adjourned after 15 minutes of convening on Wednesday.

“Parliament is the highest stage for political parties to try their game plan. Everyone will see that game as it takes shape,” Khanal said.

He also hoped that Parliament would steer the nation on the right path.

The UML leader also said that he would strive to save the incumbent UML-led government.

“At present the UML is leading the government and we will work toward saving this government.” He also added that the Oli-led government should complete its full term and continue to run the country.
