KATHMANDU: Prime Minister and Chairman of the CPN-UML, KP Oli is preparing to allocate suitable responsibilities to ministers who have left the CPN (Maoist Center) party.

Baluwatar sources said Prime Minister Oli is preparing to give responsibilities to ministers, including Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa “Badal”, Industry Minister Lekhraj Bhatta, Energy Minister Top Bahadur Rayamajhi and Urban Development Minister Prabhu Sah.

According to the source, PM Oli is engaged in discussions with UML General Secretary Ishwor Pokharel, Deputy General Secretary Bishnu Poudel and Deputy Leader of the Parliamentary Party Subash Nembang.

Badal, Bhatta, Rayamajhi, and Sah have demanded dignified positions in the CPN-UML party.

Prime Minister Oli is also preparing to hand over the vacant post of vice-president, which is lying vacant after Bidya Dei Bhandari became the President, to Badal.
