Kathmandu Valley sees 65 fresh COVID-19 cases



KATHMANDU: As many as 65 persons have been infected with COVID-19 in the Kathmandu Valley in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 55 cases have been confirmed in Kathmandu, 6 in Bhaktapur, and 4 in Lalitpur.

Meanwhile, Nepal recorded a total of 134 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 2,72,349 in the country as of Wednesday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that now the country has 1,753reported active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 118 from the coronavirus infection in the country.

So far, 2,68,549 people recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.

Likewise, no additional deaths connected to COVID-19 over the last 24 hours, keeping the country’s death toll to 2,047.
