KATHMANDU: Standing Committee member of the Prachanda-Nepal faction of the Nepal Communist Party (NCP), Dev Gurung has said that December 20 has been a black day.
“PM KP Oli committed a coup d’état against democracy, federalism and republic,” Gurung said while addressing a mass meeting in Kathmandu on Wednesday.
He said since the Oli-led government has become a caretaker one, it cannot make appointments and major decisions.
He also said that the dissolution of the House of Representatives has taken the constitution to a coma.
