PM Oli draws flak for spitting inside NA

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Oli’s spitting inside the National Assembly has drawn the attention of the public and drawn wide criticism on social media.

PM Oli’s spitting on the National Assembly has been lambasted as rude and indecent act on social media.

Prime Minister Oli spat on the floor while addressing National Assembly.

Earlier, before going to the National Assembly for his address, PM Oli had recommended the President to prorogue the National Assembly’s ongoing session.

PM Oli had tried to justify his decision to dissolve the House of Representatives (HoR) and had also tried to answer some of the criticisms made against him in public.

His spitting in the NA has been criticized by public as an insult to the parliament and the hatred to the majority of the members in the assembly.

National Assembly consists of the majority of lawmakers who disagree with PM’s decision of dissolving HoR.
