Two Indian nationals arrested with Rs 3.076 million

RAUTAHAT: Police have arrested two persons from Rautahat along with an undisclosed source of Rs 3.076 million being brought to Nepal from India.

Police arrested them along with the money while checking a motorcycle coming from India to Nepal at Rampurkhap in Rautahat on Wednesday morning.

According to Siddi Bikram Shah, Superintendent of Police, District Police Office, Rautahat, Banti Kumar Kalwar, 22, and Suraj Kalwar,20  of Motihari Ghoda Sahan of India were arrested with the money.

Police said that they have started further investigation into the incident.
