KATHMANDU: The primary shares of the Singati Hydro energy have been distributed. Mega Capital, the issue manager, has distributed the IPO at 11 am today.
A total of 1,565,530 people had applied for the IPO. Of them, 5,728 applications had been rejected.
Of the 1,559,802 applicants, 269,700 got 10 units each while 1,295,830 were deprive d of the IPO.
The company had issued a total of 2.9 million units of shares for Rs 100 per unit, i.e., 20% of the total issue from March 19.
