CPN (Maoist Center) calls meeting at 1 pm



KATHMANDU: The Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist Center) is holding a meeting of the party to decide its future course of action.

The meeting to be held at the party office in Perisdanda will discuss withdrawing its support given to the KP Sharma Oli-led government.

According to a Maoist center leader, the meeting will start at 1 pm. The meeting will be attended by senior leaders of the Maoist Center and members of the Standing Committee.

This is the first meeting of the CPN (M) after the Supreme Court restored the UML and the CPN (M).

The Maoist Center has an option of either forming a government with the support of the Nepali Congress party and the Janata Samajwadi Party or supporting PM Oli.
