JSP holding PP meeting at 1 pm

KATHMANDU: Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) has called its parliamentary party (PP) meeting today to review the latest political development created following the Supreme Court’s verdict.

The PP meeting will take place at the party’s central office in Gwarko at 1 pm.

In the meeting, JSP leaders will dwell on what roles they could play in the reinstated House of Representatives (HoR) in the changed political context created after the SC restored the then CPN-UML and CPN (Maoist Center) revoking their unification, said leader Pramod Sah.

Sah said the PP meeting will hold discussions on the upcoming power equation, whether to join the next government or which party to support among others.

The meeting of the reinstated HoR is taking place on Wednesday.
