Nepal’s COVID-19 death toll reaches 2,047 with two new fatalities

KATHMANDU: As many as two COVID-19 patients succumbed to the pandemic in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the new deaths have taken the country’s death toll from the coronavirus to 2,047 as of Tuesday afternoon.

Meanwhile, Nepal recorded a total of 160 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 272,215 in the country as of Tuesday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that now the country has 1,737 reported active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 165 from the coronavirus infection in the country.

So far, 268,431 people recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.
