DPM Pokharel accuses Prachanda-Madhav group of ignoring people’s sentiments

MAKAWANPUR: Deputy Prime Minister Ishwor Pokharel has accused Nepal Communist Party (Prachanda-Madhav group) of ignoring sentiments of people.

Another side of the party did not respect people’s aspiration for Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli to complete his five years term, he claimed. “Internal feuds within the NCP escalated due to unscrupulous demands of NCP Chair Prachanda and frustrations of another leader Madhav Nepal”, said DPM Pokharel while addressing a gathering of the NCP, Makawanpur.

PM dissolved the House of Representatives when some NCP leaders had ever demonstrated greed for power and registered a no confidence motion against the Prime Minister.

On the occasion, NCP Bagmati Province deputy in-charge and central member Kashinath Adhikari said that party led by Oli is official NCP and the party would receive its electoral symbol ‘Sun’.

Stating that beauty of democracy is election, Chief Minister of Bagmati Province, Dormani Poudel said all should be ready to accept the people’s verdict through elections.
