NC to send Dr Rijal, Badu, Regmi and Chaudhary to Deuba-led cabinet



KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) has finalized the names of the ministers to join the Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba-led government.

Prime Minister and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba is adding four new NC ministers today.

According to a Baluwatar source, Dr. Minendra Rijal will be sworn in as Defense Minister, Dilendra Prasad Badu as Law Minister, Uma Regmi as Women Minister, and Uma Kanta Chaudhary as Drinking Water Minister.

Gyanendra Bahadur Karki, who is currently the Law Minister, will be given the responsibility of the Ministry of Communications.
