PM Deuba holds talks with President Bhandari on cabinet expansion

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has reached Shital Niwas to meet with President Bidya Devi Bhandari.

Prime Minister Deuba has met with President Bhandari to discuss the cabinet expansion and preparation about swearing-in ceremony for the newly picked ministers.

All the ruling coalition parties have already selected ministers from their respective parties and the oath-taking ceremony is taking place at 4 pm.

Prime Minister Deuba’s secretariat has informed that Deuba will discuss cabinet expansion in the meeting with President Bhandari.

With the agreement reached among the coalition parties on Thursday, Prime Minister Deuba is preparing to expand the cabinet today.

The cabinet has not get a full shape since Prime Minister Deuba took charge of the government on July 13.
