Thakur-Mahato faction holding meeting in Terai districts today as well



KATHMANDU: Thakur-Mahato faction of the Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP), which has lost its official status, is holding a meeting in four districts of the Terai today as well.

The meeting to be held in four districts of the Terai will be addressed by the central leaders as well as the district leaders, a JSP leader said.

Thakur’s party is gathering the district-level cadres in Sunsari, Sarlahi, Rupandehi, and Kanchanpur.

The meeting will also conduct an orientation session on contemporary politics.

Dr Surendra Jha, Santosh Mehta, Jay Prakash Thakur, Arvind Sah and Rajendra Mahato, Jitendra Sonal and Abhiram Sharma will address in Sarlahi.

Similarly, Sarvendranath Shukla, Uma Shankar Aragaria and Krishna Singh will address in Rupandehi and Chandrakant Chaudhary, Rajkumar Lekhi and Dan Bahadur Bishwakarma will address in Kanchanpur.
