Ruling coalition’s task force making public CMP today



KATHMANDU: The task force formed by the ruling coalition to draft the common minimum program (CMP) and working procedure for government operation is making public the document today.

A meeting of the ruling coalition held at Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba’s official residence in Baluwatar Saturday decided to make public the CMP Sunday, according to Rastriya Janamorcha’s lawmaker Durga Poudel.

The task force handed over the CMP to Prime Minister Deuba and the top leaders of the ruling coalition on Friday.

Saturday’s meeting was attended by Prime Minister and Nepali Congress President Deuba, CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Chairman Upendra Yadav and Rastriya Janamorcha Chairman Chitra Bahadur KC and Janamorcha lawmaker Poudel.
