Meeting of UML dispute resolution task force postponed till 7 pm



KATHMANDU: The meeting of the task force formed to resolve the dispute of the CPN (UML) has been postponed till 7 pm.

The meeting has been postponed as both sides of the task force need to engage in internal preparations, according to a member of the task force.

Both sides are currently engaged in separate discussions.

Earlier today, the members of the task force held a brief meeting, which according to UML leader Subash Chandra Nemwang, said that the talks were positive.

The task force has five members from each side. Subash Chandra Nemwang, Bishnu Prasad Poudel, Pradip Gyawali, Shankar Pokhrel and Bishnu Rimal are from the UML Chairman KP Oli faction while Bhim Rawal, Ghanshyam Bhusal, Gokarna Bista, Surendra Pandey and Raghuji Pant are from the dissident Madhav Nepal faction.
