Nepse down 3.84 points in first 1 hour

KATHMANDU: Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) slightly went down in the first hour on Thursday, the last trading day of the week.

The benchmark index decreased by 3.84 points to land at 2,797.30 till 12 pm today, according to the company.

A total of 1,682,769 units of shares of 201 companies were sold out for Rs 648,000,000 during the period.

Upper Tamakoshi witnessed the highest transaction worth Rs 43,700,000 during the period.

Of 201 companies involved in the transaction, the share value of 71 companies increased while that of 80 decreased. The share value of 23 companies remained stable.
